Anti-semitic & ‘death to gays’ US preacher Steven Anderson banned from most of Europe

Dutch security minister Mark Harbers revealed he has “taken measures to prevent the person concerned from entering the Schengen area,” the common European travel area consisting of 26 countries.

Steven Anderson was due to appear in the Netherlands on May 23 as part of the European tour that also includes Ireland and Sweden.

Anderson founded his church (Faithful Word Baptist Church) in 2005. Since then, it has gained notoriety for extremist views.

“Don’t expect anything contemporary or liberal. We are an old-fashioned, independent, fundamental, King James Bible only, soul-winning Baptist church.”

“We believe that homosexuality is a sin and an abomination which God punishes with the death penalty.”

Anderson is also widely reported to have denied the Holocaust, and prayed for former President Barack Obama’s death for his support of abortion rights.
